What the EDPNA Exam Covers

Students prepare for the Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney examination while building knowledge of Social Security disability representation, Titles II and XVI claims, representative responsibilities, deadlines, and the procedures involved in advocating for claimants through the disability process.

Representation Stages Covered

The course is designed to help students understand representation from the initial application and reconsideration stages through hearings before an Administrative Law Judge and, when needed, Appeals Council review.
